About John Ferras

John Ferras, CFSP, is a 25 year veteran of the Food Service Equipment Industry who has been providing food service equipment solutions to Restaurant Chains, Cruiselines, Hotels, Caterers, Schools, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Healthcare Facilities and Independent Operators while representing some of the leading Food Service Equipment Manufacturers within the Industry. During his long tenure in the Industry he has received extensive factory training from Hobart, Henny Penny, Rational, Alto Shaam, BKI, Adamatic, Doyon, Robot Coupe, Low-Temp Industries, Norlake, Thermo-Kool, Electrolux Professional and others. He has also earned CFSP and Servesafe certifications from NAFEM (North America Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers) and completed a Certified Baking Course from Lindsey Hopkins. His background also includes over 20 years of Management experience within Fortune 500 Companies.
